The Sceptics' Tank is a small, PRIVATE think tank. We are dedicated to the pursuit of erudition and the elevation of intellectual discourse. We are NOT dedicated to amusing strangers. As a result, we've found (through trial and error), that keeping things PRIVATE is wisest.

We do publish an e-zine four times a year. All are welcome to subscribe. Subscription is free, paid for by advertising and both public and private sponsorship.

The Sceptics' Tank is neither conservative nor liberal, progressive nor traditional. Our members voted for both parties in the last election. We do not endorse candidates, but encourage others to learn, think, and endorse their brains out.

Often the views expressed here are controversial. Before you send an email accusing one of our members or guest writers of being a facist, read the article, log, or other item TWICE, count backwards from 20, breath for a bit, and think.
